The story of YaKUSH began with Masha's passion for restaurant culture. She noticed that while many restaurants serve unique and delicious food, the tableware they use is often banal and uninspiring. She saw an opportunity to improve the overall experience of not only going to a restaurant, but also the opportunity to create that unique experience and enjoyment of the objects around us in our own homes.

With this vision in mind, Masha embarked on a journey to create her own line of tableware and decor. She has spent countless hours researching and experimenting with different materials, shapes and designs, drawing inspiration from traveling around the world and visiting museums featuring ancient artifacts and antique tableware.
