HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days.
Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.

Our worldwide shipping takes 7-10 business days to most countries.
Delivery within Ukraine is made through Nova Poshta by sending of post parcel during 1-2 business days.

TAXES AND DUTIES

You don't have to pay additional taxes of delivery in Ukraine.
However, in case of delivery outside Ukraine, all taxes and duties of the order is the Buyer's responsibility.
All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

RETURN

You can return any item purchased on YAKUSH.Shop within 14 days from the delivery date.

- return causes
- product photos, if it is damaged or defective

Whereas all items are made from recycled glass, it may contain small dots, specks or hand-made marks.

As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. However, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, please remember to keep a proof of dispatch.

We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original and unaltered condition.


WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

You will receive a refund within 3-14 days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and the way you paid for the order.
